Together we’ll work to understand your needs, your history, your relationships, and your goals, so we can begin to dismantle the particular obstacles that keep you from flourishing, and get you moving back toward the life you’ve been missing.
I’ll give the space you need to slow down and process your thoughts, help you stop ignoring and downplaying your emotions, prompt you to consider new angles, and teach you new tools to help you find your way forward. I love a good book and a good laugh, so we’ll probably incorporate both into our work at some point. And I will welcome ongoing conversation about how to keep making therapy the best experience it can be.
